- Bed Installation
- Add curb appeal to your property by installing beds for plants, shrubs and flowers.
- Planting

- Sod Installation
- Having the proper soil preparation for installing sod is key to creating the optimal growing environment for a new lush lawn.
- Grading
- Allow Sanci's to correct and fill uneven yards and low spots to prepare for topsoil & seeding or new sod installation.
- Topsoil & Seeding
- Repair bare areas with fresh topsoil & and a blend high-grade grass seed.
Landscape Maintenance
- Maintenance Plans
- Sanci's offers monthly or as-needed property visits to perform common services like debris pickup, weeding, pruning, trimming, etc.
- Spring / Fall Cleanup
- A change in seasons can produce a lot of debris and residual damage and Sanci's Spring / Fall Cleanups will get your property back on track.
- Mulching / Bed Edging
- Mulching provides a much desired curb appeal while protecting plants and trees.
- Shrub & Hedge Trimming
- Sanci's trimming & pruning provides the perfect manicured look while maintaining manageable shrub & hedge size.
Excavation & Demolition
- Pad Preparation
- Sanci's Landscaping can excavate and prepare an area for a shed pad, driveway extension, concrete pad, etc.
- Grading
- Sanci's takes care of prepping lawns for seed & sod, reshaping & leveling of land, bringing areas back to grade, and sloping areas away from structures.
- Water Issues / Drainage
- Allow Sanci's to correct drainage issues, alleviating water problems in your yard, while avoiding any possible basement issues.
- Trenches
- Sanci's can dig all necessary trenches for water lines, underground electrical, sewer, downspouts, and well water plumbing trenches.
- Demolition & Junk Removal
- Sanci's has all the necessary equipment to disassemble and remove any unwanted structures or debris.
Mowing*
- *Weekly Mowing
- Sanci's offers weekly mowing plans for full-service residential and commercial properties. Bi-weekly or call-as-needed mowing is currently not offered.
- Sidewalk Edging
- Edging service is included with all mowings for a clean crisp edge.
- String Trimming
- All obstacles, structures, and beds are carefully string-trimmed as part of every mowing.
- Debris Blowoff
- Blow-off of all beds / hard surfaces is provided with every mowing to remove any grass clippings or trimmings.
Commercial Snow Removal*
- *Commercial Only
- Scheduled prior to winter, snow removal contracts include 24-hour servicing for: pre-salting, plowing, de-icing with optional removal of accumulated snow quantities (if necessary).
- Plowing
- Clearing of snow with trucks equiped plows along with other various equiment & vehicles to serve your business in a timely manner.
- De-Icing
- Application of treated rock salt using trucks equiped with spreaders where saftey is our number one priority. These applications range from pre, post, and thoughout the duration of a storm.

Sanci's Landscaping is available for your landscaping needs 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
*Sanci's Landscaping also offers Sunday hours by appointment for estimates and consultations.
